Refund policy

20% restocking fee applies for all items returned after 30 days of purchase

NO returns of special orders, custom made vanities, ADP or Timberline products will be accepted.

No Returns of Vanities that have been opened or bath tubs are accepted 

Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.

All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance. When returning an item before 30 days, the customer covers the shipping cost back to the The Bathroom Society Warehouse

All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to The Bathroom Society Warehouse. The Bathroom Society will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.

A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. Refunds will be available for all goods sold with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of The Bathroom Society
