Each clearance item may be identified as:

NEW
New and unused stock.

DISCONTINUED / END OF LINE
New and unused stock from a discontinued or superseded collection.

CUSTOMER CHANGE OF MIND
Unused product returned following a customer change of mind.

OPEN BOX
New or unused product where the original packaging has been opened.

PACKAGING IMPERFECTION
Product is unused, however the original packaging may have marks, damage or may have been replaced.

Any known product damage or imperfections will be disclosed on the applicable product listing.

Limited Bathroom Clearance Stock

Many of our bathroom clearance products are available in extremely limited quantities, and some products may be one only.

Once a clearance item sells out, we may not be able to source the same product, finish or clearance price again.
